This website is operated by Vela Co Pty Ltd ("Vela Co", "Vela", "we", "us", "our"). Vela Co is an online cosmetic haircare store that also supplies products wholesale to salons and stockists across Australia. Throughout this site, "you" and "your" refer to any user of the site, including browsers, customers, wholesale account holders, affiliates, and contributors of content.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, you may not access this website or use our services.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy governs how returns, refunds, and faulty item claims are handled and forms part of these Terms.
8. Wholesale & Trade Accounts
Customers who hold a wholesale or trade account with us via our Shopify B2B portal are subject to these Terms in addition to any separate trade terms, pricing agreements, minimum order requirements, or credit terms agreed between Vela Co and the account holder. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific wholesale agreement, the wholesale agreement prevails for that account.
9. Affiliate Program
If you participate in our affiliate program, your participation is also governed by our affiliate program terms and conditions provided at sign-up. We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim commissions obtained through fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorised activity.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service may include links to third-party websites, platforms, or services (including payment providers, advertising platforms, and social media). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties and assume no liability for their websites, materials, or services. These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
